Shoal Creek

North Shoal Creek was established in the 1960s and is predominantly a mix of young and older families. Centrally located between Mopac Expressway/Loop 1 (to the west) and 183/Research Blvd. (to the north), the North Shoal Creek Neighborhood is a very pedestrian friendly area with integrated bus routes, biking trails and sidewalks. It is located next to retail and recreational facilities, many of which are local businesses. The main thoroughfare of West Anderson Lane has seen tremendous redevelopment since 2005. The Shoal Creek neighborhood is moments from downtown, yet comfortable and spacious with large trees and a lush natural setting.
